95 South From Connecticut: Take I-95 (New England Thruway) south to Exit 21, to 287 West, Cross-Westchester Expressway. Go 1_ miles to Exit 10, Bowman Ave. Make right off ramp and go 4/10 of a mile. Right turn at Rye Ridge Plaza sign, entrance to second parking lot. Medical building on right.
Merrit Parkway South From Connecticut: Merrit south to Hutchinson River Parkway, exit 29, Ridge Street, left turn, continue 1.8 miles, to third traffic light. Right turn, Bowman Avenue. Left turn at Rye Ridge Plaza sign, entrance to second parking lot. Medical building on right.
287 Eastbound From White Plains: 287 East to Exit 10. Bear left toward Port Chester, continue under overpass, to light. Right turn onto Webb Ave. to light, left turn onto Bowman Ave. Right turn at Rye Ridge Plaza sign, entrance to second parking lot. Medical building on right.
Hutchinson River Pkwy From Westchester: Exit 29 Ridge Street . Right turn at end of ramp onto Ridge Street. Proceed 1.8 miles to third traffic light. Right turn onto Bowman Ave. Left turn at Rye Ridge Plaza sign, entrance to second parking lot. Medical building on right.
North To Boston Post Road; Also U.S #1: When you reach Rye, bear left onto Purchase Street. Proceed through business section, pass under Railroad bridge, continue one mile to five-corner intersection. Take right fork (slightly right, not hard right) to third traffic light. Left turn onto Bowman Ave. Left turn at Rye Ridge Plaza sign, entrance to second parking lot. Medical building on right.
