Steven Brody, DDS, Partner Emeritus

Biography

After receiving the DDS degree from the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry, Dr. Brody went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the William Beaumont US Army Medical Center. He was then assigned as a staff General Dental Officer at Walter Reed US Army Medical Center with duty at the US Army Health Clinic, The Pentagon.

Following his military service he completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital of St. Raphael/Yale New Haven Hospital. He then came to Greenwich, CT where he was a founding partner of Greenwich Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  During the course of his 35 active years with the practice he served as the Managing Partner. He additionally served as the Chief of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at New York United Hospital and as the Section Head of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Greenwich Hospital.

Dr. Brody, now retired from active practice with Greenwich Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, still maintains his position as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, as well as an Attending at New York Presbyterian Hospital.  Dr. Brody continues to be in close contact with the members of the practice to ensure continuity of care for his former patients.
