Dr. Thomas B. Wilson has been practicing at Greenwich Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates since completing his residency in 2006, bringing both local roots as a Westchester County native and exceptional dual-degree training to serve patients throughout the region. After earning his B.A. in Psychology at Boston College while competing as a varsity football letter winner under legendary coach Tom Coughlin, Dr. Wilson earned both his DDS from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine and his MD from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, completing a six-year residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital that included a full year of General Surgery internship and culminated in his appointment as Chief Resident. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Wilson serves as Associate Clinical Professor at Columbia University and Attending Surgeon at both New York Presbyterian Hospital and Greenwich Hospital, maintaining proficiency across the full spectrum of oral surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, TMJ disorders, dental implant surgery, and pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery.
